we are still using jQTouch at the moment and were waiting for a stable version of jQM to migrate und now could be the time.

Unfortunately when scrolling down a list and selecting a link there jQM scrolls to the top of the page a starts the transition then. Even worse: when scrolling down on this new page and hitting back the page scrolls to the top, transitions back and scrolls to the previous position.

I found two forum posts from 2 month ago asking for a workaround but no acceptable solution was presented:

Then I checked the issues and it seems it is necessary to scroll back to the top to avoid jumpy and blinky transitions:

Nevertheless I reckon that jQM transitions were originally built on jQTouch and I wonder if there is a way to always transition right to the top of the target page (also when hitting back)?
