Triger "function" after scrolling by an element. [Solved]

Dear JQuery Forum Users

Hi,

I'm trying to execute an "animation" when the user passes by(scrolling) a specific element( e.g.: "div" ).

After trying many online tutorials and solutions about that I still haven't find something that fits for what I'm looking for.

Could anybody suggest me something?

(If you want me to post some of the code that I've already tried, Please inform me)

If you want to code it yourself, you need to use the $(window).scroll event and compare the value of scrollTop. Similar to the solution in scroll - JQuery window scrolling event? - Stack Overflow

First of all Thank you, a lot for responding, I found out something that seems to work pretty well.It's the JQuery - Waypoints . I should have come back earlier and mark it as [solved] as soon as I found a solution, I asked for help because I couldn't get the "JQuery-Waypoints" to work either, but now everything is fine (It was because of the google jquery library, I removed it and ta-da, I dont know why, but...)!
