Using jquery-migrate from code.jquery.com

I'm seeing several second response times from the code.jquery.com. Completely unsuitable for production use. As far as I can tell there is no google-hosted version. Is there a reason for that?

You can download it and serve it from your server. But since it is a static file, it gets cached and is only requested one time.

jQuery migrate is not great to use in production. It is meant to help a programmer fix/remove dependancies from the removed features. If there is one feature that you need from it, just copy out that part or go back to an earlier version of jQuery that works without it.

Thanks, I am serving it directly atm, but I will consider your suggestion to just take out what I need.
