Views no longer reflect a logged in state :-(

I just switched to jQuery Mobile A4 to B1 and my views no longer reflect a logged in state on iOS.

So how do I refresh the view? Using rel="external" isn't helpful since it open another window. That is especially bad for a fullscreen well app.

In another thread I saw something about a flag:

Are there any options?

Should I go back to go back to A4 for the time being? Basically my web app is broken. :-(
