webpage as resume .. can i print it later ?

Hey Guys , i wanna make a webpage of my resume and then beable to print it out ?

Is this a good idea ?

I did't want to use word because i am not to great that it , please in a web doc i can make my resume really much funky.

is this a good idea ?

G, This has nothing to do with jQuery. Nobody would see what it took to make it. But if HTML/CSS is more ntatural to you than word. Go for it. Just print it to a PDF, and mail the PDF.

You can use a media query to provide separate CSS for screen display and print.

If you are going to use it online as well, one of the first uses you would make of this would be to hide any generic site header/footer/navigation when printing.

At the same time, you will be learning a useful but seldom-used corner of CSS.

Actually, I think developers - even or maybe especially, mobile developers - should pay more attention. Many/most printers today now offer WiFi and/or Bluetooth printing with one of the aims being the ability to print from mobile devices. But... when you print, will you get something very easy to read on a printed page? If you've created styles for print, you can make that so!

Was really tough to find a converter , The best i could find was THIS.

And THIS css property really helped me get the right page breaks ;D

It was quite tricky though , almost gave up thinking its impossible. Finally did it LOL
