when it get responsive. when i clicked the sub menu

For example

If click menu 1 it opens the sub menus

if click on menu 2, the menu 1 should close automatically

You chose the wrong plugin. contact the author. There are lots of other plugins out there.

You can try this patch to your script…

$(document).on("click", ".has-sub .submenu-opened", function() {
$(this).closest(".has-sub").siblings().find(".submenu-opened").click()
})
