I have a problem with jquery widget factory.

I have a web app developed with widget factory.

In this web app i have a 4 pages, ever i click in any pages, the console show me this message:

Uncaught Error: cannot call methods on notify prior to initialization; attempted to call method 'create'

Anybody can help me with this??

You made a mistake in your widget. You call create before you have initialized.

Share a small demo of of the problem.

So,

this is how i create an widget:

$(function () {
$.widget("user.showuser", $.custom.widit, {
options: {
stack: "above"
},
run: function () {
var self = this;
$(document).on("usr.showuser", function (e, data) { self._showuser(data) });
this.element.notify();
},
_make: function(tpl, ctx){
return this.element.notify("create",tpl, ctx , this.options);
},
_showuser: function (user) {.....}

Perhaps it is a language problem. A "demo" is something I can run. A link to a page or a complete page that I can pastes into my editor to run in my browser. You provided a "snippet" or a "piece" of the code.

What is $.custom.widit? Did you implement a _create?
