jQuery to work out average user rating when leaving a comment (wordpress)
Hi, I need to be able to work out the average star rating each user submits when leaving a comments on a wordpress site. The is a star rating system which the user has to select, this is out of 5 stars, and it rates things like: - - Value for money - Customer Service - Professionalism - Flexibility - Quality of service So the user will rate each one of the above out of 5. They submit their comment and then their result gets displayed as an image within the comment reply. Now my problem
Using variables instead of $(#test).html
I have code where I want to take this: $('#haveImg0').html(haveArray[x]); and use a variable instead so I can just loop through a for loop. The full code is for (var x=0; x<(haveArray.length); x++) { $('#haveImg'+x;).html(haveArray[x]); } But this doesn't work. Is there anyway to do this instead of having to individually type out all the different divs? Thank you in advance!!!!

Updating options for jQuery cycle plugin dynamically
I wrote a WordPress plugin that uses the Mike Alsup's Cycle plugin for jQuery to build an image slideshow. I've got the basic options down pat, but I wanted to get more advanced and I'm stuck. My problem is that I need to pass options dynamically to Cycle depending on the plugin configuration - which can change multiple times per page. Image viewer doesn't work on first click - but does on subsequent attempts.

jQuery Mobile and Zoomooz
I am trying to use zoomooz and jquery mobile together but it isn't quite working. Thought I'd see if anyone out there has tried and succeeded or has got some traction. It seems to me to be something with the url management (hash tag)??? Any one have any ideas why they wouldn't work together? Any help would be so appreciated! Cheers

Why my input field value doesnt update??
Hi Guys, I am very confused with a project that i'm working on. Basically you add an item to the cart by pressing BUY SILVER-BUDDY NOW then in the cart it shows the item and quantity of 1. If i click the BUY SILVER-BUDDY NOW again it shows there to be 2 and the price increases. GREAT that works and sends the correct quantity and price to PayPal. BUT if i have one item and then use my numeric stepper to increase the quantity and price for some reason it doesn't update the cart it only masks the quantity
looking for slideshow plugin for complicated crossfade with intermediate image
I'm looking for a way to get this to work: When clicking through images on my site, I'd like to have an intermediate image appear (in this case, a graphical shape). This graphical shape should appear fully on-click on top of the 2nd image and then fade out, with the 2nd image fading in. copy certain text from a div to another div
Hi, I want to be able to copy certain text in a div class and copy it to another div. The div in question gets automatically generated by a wordpress plugin, and its called either .rating inactive or .voting. The text that gets generated is called, Rating: 4.5 / 5, i only want to be able to pick up the rating given by the user, in this example 4.5 then copy it to another div. The layout collapses when returning from the dialog.
When coming back from the dialog, the main page's layout collapses. Some DOMs of the main page is created dynamically(the dialog is created statically). Please tell me how to deal with this. (Or is this a bug of jQuery Mobile ?)

Cannot remove back button
Is it possible to remove / hide the back button of a list page that is nested inside of a listview? I have a page with a <ul data-role='listview'>. Each item in the list view has a nested list, which results in a new page when the user selects an item from the first page. jqtransform Drop down loses CSS properties if I add multiple="true" to the Select Inputy Element
A site I'm working on uses JQTransform. I need to change the option of a drop down list to allow the user to select multiple options from the list. mininification and license blocks?
Ive been experimenting with minification engines (jsmin - the php build) that can serve up minified js/css to the broswer on the fly. I have all jQuery UI widgets/interactions/effects as separate files. I am them having my backend scripts combine the neccessary ones I need for a page, minify them and then send them...There by limiting the number of http requests and size in general. ...I don't need the whole UI suite if I'm simply using one or two effects or widgets. - ya know?
