Validation plug-in: How to customize a minimum check of multiple inputs
I have a form where there can be 1 or many inputs (of the class ".amount-input") that all have to meet a minimum value. Depending on another input, the minimum might be zero (0) or it might be one (1). Plus, I'm using a numeric mask plug-in on my text boxes, so the numbers might have commas in them. This is why the built-in "min" validation won't work, because the comma is seen as invalid. Oddly enough, the "number" validation works fine if there's a comma. So, I'm trying to create a custom
.promise() violates documented behaviour
Due to the documentation of .promise() the created Deferred object will resolve when all actions bound to the collection have ended. jQuery's implementation does not behave like that! (version 1.6 up to 1.8.2) The documentation still leaves space for two possible interpretations. Both are violated. Interpretation #1: For multiple elements the .promise() object resolves once all elements are not being animated at the same time. Update button appearance
I'm creating a website using .net and use the built in ajax features. I have a label that holds a total for a list of bookmarks. When an add/remove bookmark event is triggered on the page the total is incremented/decremented automatically. What I'd like to do however is highlight the button for a period (or even make it flash) after an event is triggered so that its a little more obvious. jquery is not functioning
im using jquery to hide certain column(DDC Correction/ radiobutton) based on the radio button(DDC Status) chosen from another column. when i include the query to hide the column (("input[@name=DDC Correction']").hide();) its not working although ive tried so many kind of ways. im using alert to try if theres something wrong with the query. any ideas? suggestions?

My Solution for transition flicker and blink on iPad
Hi guys, I searched for a solution to fix the blink or flick the page after a transition. I found a code that fix the problem but at the same time broke my layout. My intention is give more option to fix this problem. Fix on css that not worked for me. #container { position: absolute; width: 100%; height: 100%; } Actually this fix should be work but my webview has a column on left so, the width can't be 100% and the orientation change broke too. Fade in and out in a loop
Hi all I hope its simple enough, I have looked around and can't find exactly what I am after. I have a collection of hot spots (divs) on my web page and I need them to fade in and out when viewing the page so they look like they are pulsing so to speak. When you hover the cursor over one, the pulsing stops for that hotspot only. Could someone provide some simple example code to help get me started? Thanks

Don't want the images to stop rotating on mouseover - John Resig code
I found a great code by John Resig and used it, but found an issue with it where by when the mouse cursor hovers over the rotating image, the rotation stops (which I don't want). The test page I am using is http://www.rbwebsites.co.uk/templates/arcol4/partners.html It is 4 images that rotate but as you will see, hovering over the images stop them, and removing the cursor starts them again. I have also noticed an icon appear towards the left of the images when I hover, this icon is in the CSS code
Firefox contenteditable with on focus Bug!
Hello everyone, Im developing something with jquery, I have a dynamic html table using the content editable class with an on focus event. It works perfectly in Chrome and IE ( lol ), but in firefox there seems to be a major bug. When I Copy/Paste smth (w Firefox) in a dynamically created span the whole span is duplicated and the table expands abnormally. Maybe someone came across the same issue. swipe become slower when number of <li> in listview increased

Simple Animation then show menu
I would like to know how to scroll an image into the middle of the screen, pause (x seconsds) then slide out and another image appears in the top left corner and a navigation menu down the left side. The effect that I'm after is when a user hovers over a thumbnail, the black box disappears. On click, the thumbnail enlarges and the black box disappears. So far, I've managed to achieve to a certain extent... only problem I'm facing is that onClick the overlay disappears from all the thumbnails and not just the one that has been clicked. JQM 1.2 - Min Height Improperly Set?

Inline validation for special characters onchange()
I am using jQuery inline validation (https://github.com/posabsolute/jQuery-Validation-Engine) and it's awesome.
