Good morning from Santo Domingo I love Jquery !!!!!! Please help me with this , I'm using Jquery datepicker daterange and I need to disable some days dinamically controlled from a textbox on my form. The default value of the textbox is [2, 4, 5] and i want to pass this value to the var daysToDisable like this : var daysToDisable = document.myform.mytextbox.value; instead of : var daysToDisable = [2, 4, 5]; But it's not working . Unlimited Drop Down Menus - triggered onchange one by one
Hi all I need to build a form which has (for example) a drop down menu of Car Components to start with. When a user chooses a component from the drop down mene, I need a new drop down menu of the same components to appear underneath. And thus the process continues. I do not need to filter out previous selected options from the subsequent drop down menus, it will essentially be the same drop down menu every time. Is there anything out there that does what I need that I can refer to? Many Thanks

Collapsible list gives extra width when expanded?
Hey, I have a collapsible list on my mobile site. The problem is that when i expand the list, it comes with some sort of width which makes the page larger than the screen, which shouldn't happen. This makes that i can scroll horizontally.. Does anyone have a clue what could cause this problem? Sincerely Niek
missing jquerymobile file?
I have updated dreamweaver cs6 to work with the new jquerymobile 1.2.0, all seems well until I save the html page when I get a warning that (data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAID/AMDAwAAAACH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAICRAEAOw==); is missing so can't be copied. Why is this error in blueimp jQuery File Upload: Failed to write file to disk?
I am using blueimp jquery, if I upload a file more than 50 MB, it shows the error : Failed to write file to disk, why is this happening ? My phpinfo settings for post_max_size is 1072. But then its showing this error.. please help me where I have to change this and fix it so that it can allow an upload of min 100 MB at a time ? php.ini Settings: post_max_size = 1072M upload_max_filesize = 1050M memory_limit = 2000M upload_tmp_dir : this I have set to /tmp once and even commented upload_tmp_dir

click even firing difference between 1.8.0 and 1.8.1/1.8.2
I am having problem with click event. It fires if I use 1.8.0 but does not when 1.8.1 or 1.8.2 is used. I am using jQuery with Backbone and jQuery Mobile framework. Error: 'jQuery' is undefined , when I used IE 10
I am using windows 8 . and using visutal studio 2012 practicing asp.net MVC 4. there is jquery 1.7 in MVC 4. When I run my program, it always pop up Error: 'jQuery' is undefined error in IE 10. but in Firefox ,google IE dont have this error. so I think it should be some issue just in IE 10?

jQuery.post potential max_user_connections error
If I am making a request via jQuery.post to run a PHP function it is possible on a heavily trafficked site for an Apache server to have reached the limit defined by max_user_connections. This means that a new process cannot be created, that is the PHP function will not be executed. Limit characters in a div
Hi. Can anyone tell me how its possible to limit the amount of text characters in a div. I want to be able to limit to say 200 characters, then display a 'read more' link, when clicked it slides down the rest of the text. I have had a look around, but have only been able to find limiting text in textarea's. Thanks.
How Do I Debug "Invalid Argument" Ajax Error?
I'm getting an Ajax error in Internet Explorer 8 and 9; no other browsers have a problem. By inspecting the jqXHR object, I can see the error string is "Error: Invalid Argument". This seems to be a generic Internet Explorer error not specifically related to Ajax - the HTTP request doesn't even happen. The problem is, jQuery seems to be catching this error. I can't get a backtrace or anything. How am I meant to find out where IE is throwing this error? I'm seriously frustrated right now. This is something
live textarea preview with css font choice
I need to be pointed in the right direction here. What's needed... A text input area with a live preview of that text. (Okay that seems simple to achieve.) The Problem... The preview box must have font style choice to view text in different styles. The output text and font style choice to be output to form or saved somehow. So the text and style are important. Problem with $.each through json object
Hello, I am having the strangest problem with $.each through a json object. Im trying to iterate through the object, Im obtaining addresses to pass to the google geocoder for mapping. When I run the function all the red alerts are appearing then all the green are appearing. It is supposed to display red and then green over and over. Does anyone see anything. Need basic direction on building my first jQuery Mobile Offline project [SOLVED]
I would like to create a simple jQuery Mobile/ PhoneGap page with several images on the page. After I create this page, I would then like to view this page on my ipod touch with an internet connection. I would then close this page project completely Then "intentionally" loose my internet signal on my ipod touch device AND THEN re-open the PhoneGap project page to view it, interact with it, play with it, just as I did when I had internet a couple minutes ago. Problem with dialog on iPhone/iPad
I have a popup dialog that should be opened when a button is pressed. It works properly on desktop browsers and on Droid. On iPhone and iPad (Safari) I discovered that it wasn't opening. If the page containing the button is refreshed it will work. I took it to Safari and Chrome on the desktop and changed the useragent to iPhone. It works properly on Safari. With Chrome it is the same behavior as the iPhone/iPad. Will not work unless the page is refreshed. I have taken the page source after

Cannot read property 'length' of undefined
Have an application to concatenate a new blank array with selected objects of another array. The code reads the parameters and values of each object of the initial array. This same code is used for the populated second array. The execution of the code stalls on line 583 of the jquery-latest.js file. The error message says "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined". I saw an earlier post for this error message, but there wasn't much detail and it was closed due to lack of response.

Problems with jQuery ligthbox
I am having problems with my design. Having solved a problem with the overlay i.e. I didn't put any properties to a div tag css styling I have noticed that the image doesn't quite line up to where I want it i.e. where I have a div tag for the main image. I was wondering if I could tweak where the jQuery image lands in the lightbox file?
