How can I use "$.each" inside "$.each" ?
Hello, I am working on a one HTML page application that uses a REST web site to provide data and JSON to move data back and forth. My experience with JQuery and JSON is quite limited. I have a question on how to use $.each inside $.each to produce a nice display. I would like to post my HTML page below with comments, the page displays a set of buttons, I use jQuery to fill the buttons with a text and attach an OnClick handler, on click I call the REST service to receive an array of objects.
trouble populating data to a select menu dropdown

memory leak when page was removed
hi, i have a big problem with memory leak.my application is build with phone gap and jquery mobile and it only has two pages, one is list page the other is detail page.when list page or detail page is removed the memory of the application can't be released, when i close the application (actually the process is not killed) the memory can not be released too.as the application is running, the memory increase bigger and bigger.every item in my list has an image, because the knowned issue about

Cycle plugin - slide navigation WITHIN slide
HELLO! I use the Cycle plugin regularly, but I have a slightly tricky problem! I need to include 'prev' and 'next' buttons WITHIN that actual slides (so that the buttons slide with the content) rather than them being static outside of the slides. default icons missing
Hi guys, I'm using JQuery v1.8.3 and JQueryMobile v1.2.0 for my project. I wanted to host the jquery mobile css files by myself but everytime I'm trying to do this all default icons (for listviews / back-buttons / collapsibles etc. ) disappear. The white arrows disappear and I just see grey circles instead. It seems like I'm missing some images but I included all 5 in my image folder (icons-36-white.png, icons-18-white.png etc.). I just copy and pasted the .css file from the jquery mobile page (http://code.jquery.com/mobile/1.2.0/jquery.mobile-1.2.0.css).
Missing events.js file

Slide show takes a few seconds to start working. Why the delay?
Hello; I am using a simple Jquery slide show here. But it takes about 1 second till its orgonized and starts to work properly! What I mean by orginized is that it shows all the photos in slide show for about a second, then hides the ones it has to and starts the slide show. What can I do to make this slide show working propely? Thank you
modal windows shows gibberish when trying to output a video
has anyone come across this issue? I'm trying to pull a .mp4 video in the dialog box you can see a demo of the gibberish output here just click on the first video item. I've also tried an .flv file and get the same results using jqueryui/1.9.2/jquery-ui.min.js

How to access JavaScript object that WidgetFactory instantiates
Hi guys, Thanks for all the great work you do on JQuery UI! I'm trying to access the JavaScript object that WidgetFactory instantiates and wraps around my DOM element. I tried: 1. Calling my widget method with no args, but that returns the DOM element 2. Calling http://api.jqueryui.com/jQuery.widget/#method-widget but that returns the DOM element 3. jQuery.now() to comply with the "High Resolution Time" API.
jQuery.now() is a useful function. It can be more useful. I would add a boolean operator that will allow to change the default behavior ( (new Date).getTime() ) to be performance.now() as per the High Resolution Time W3C Recommendation. What do you think?

Activate Android Maps application using jQuery

Jquery UI Tabs with a lot of data slow on change
Hi all. I have a page wrote in c# with seven gridviews, each one in a different tab. On page load, i bind all the gridviews with data and using paging to reduce the amount of data of the grid. When i change from one tabs to another one, it get a lot of seconds to show the content of the other, but the page don't do a new bind. I have a puzzle I am unable to crack. I am using a custom HTML attribute with the value being the ID of another tag on the page. I would like to get a JQuery set of all of the tags referred to that way by any tags on the page. How to load function if an ID exists on page
Hello, I have a basic question as a newbie. I have a function function myFunction() { // function goes here } I can call this every time in document.ready() or pageload(), however, the page i'm using it on has a number of panels which are shown in sequence, panel 1, then panel 2 etc. so I only want to call the function on panel 2. This panel contains a unique Id that I can reference, but how do I call this function when this selector exists?

jQuery datepicker & disable dates
3 weeks period booking example: 1st and 3rd week are available but the 2nd week is booked/not available. I have the "booked/not available" days/week disabled (not selectable) on my calendar. At this moment it is possible to select the "from" date somewhere in week 1 and the "to" date somewhere in week 3. For a room reservation this is not possible because the second week there is no room. Question: is it possible to disable ALL "to" dates after the booked/not available period?

Jquery Resizable Scroll
I want to create a resizing ELEMENT which I can resize beyound the bottom limit of a DIV container. As long as I keep the mouse below (DIV container height-25px) the ELEMENT should keep increasing in size and the DIV should keep scrolling. In my case the ELEMENT should increase with +25px and the DIV should scroll down with 25px. This works fine to set the resized element's height but as soon as I move the mouse again the elements continues to resize from where it was left. Thank you guys/girls What
