How do I change the way error messages are presented by the jQuery Validation plugin?
I've chosen to use Jörn Zaefferer jQuery Validation plugin since it seems to be the most robust and easy to integrate, however I'd really like to change the error messages to look like the pop-up boxes used by Mootools and Position Absolute's A jQuery inline form validation, because validation is a mess (I've included image below). Is there a relatively simple way to do this?
Accessing the cell and attaching a Jquery tooltip
I am using JqGrid Plugin ( http://www.trirand.com/blog/) to display my data. And for a particular column I need to use Jquery Tooltip ( http://bassistance.de/jquery-plugins/jquery-plugin-tooltip/) to display the data. Now I would need to access the TD of each rows in loadcomplete event and attach a method which can set the tooltip. Using Firebug I am able to find the TD which is generated by the grid. Using jquery validate url with IPV6 Addresses
I have a validate rule like this: validateAddress: { required: true, url: true, messages: { required: Global.ResourcesRequired, url: "My Error Message" } } It works fine with IPv4 addresses in the URL, like this: http://10.10.10.10. However if I use an IPv6 address it will say it is not valid. Something like this: http://[2007:dead:c01d:beef:0:5efe:10.8.5.50]/mywebsite. This works if I put it in a browser.

jQuery slideshow problems on home page.

SuperFish Plugin, Phantom Leading Space
Hi Folks, New to JQuery, I'm using the SuperFish menu plugin. Pretty much love it, but I have one issue I can't seem to figure out. All my menus have a leading space in both the menu itself (A) and the sub menus (B) (see pic below). The space seems consistently the same size. I've swapped out every file and chopped up my css, even deleted the whole thing and started over. I can't seem to loose that space. Unknown Plugin Issue

JQuery Validation success: working with groups
I've been struggling with how to use the "success" mechanism to show "Ok" when a field is valid. This works great until i have a group of fields in one line: first_name and last_name. The approach I was using shows "Ok" at the end of the line when the first field is validated, even though the second one is required too. Map HiLight [getting Co-ordinates]
I've tinkered with this plugin and I've hit a snag. Instead of the demo_usa map it gives, I've wanted to do the entire state of idaho and have the counties show up when you hover over them. My issue is simple enough to understand, I don't understand how you get the coordinates if you manually type them in or if there is a cover transparent image over the main image that does everything for you. DatePicker problem
Hello all, I am having trouble getting datepicker to work. I have 2 date fields (arrival and departure) the date picker works for the first, but not the second field. I think the issue is with the input id and name, they cannot have the same name and id as they are different date values I need to call as POST variables in my php. But even when they do have the same name and Id only the first field provides the datepicker calendar. Any help is greatly appreciated. John

How do I know which jQuery files are necessary for the timepicker plugin?
The time picker looks right and is working properly on my local server, which is where all of the downloaded files are that I used to create it, but there are so many files in different folders, that I don't know which ones are being used and which are not. After uploading the site to the remote server, the time picker doesn't look right (at the end of the Enter date" field). How do I know which files to upload without cluttering up the server? Hi everyone, I am using the isotope plugin: (http://isotope.metafizzy.co) in a project. It sorts elements quite nicely. They have a sorting method for elements called random. Using a lightbox with "download hi-res" link
I need a simple lightbox where below each photo there can be a small link to download a hi-res version. I have tried at least half a dozen and none of them have this feature.
